What happens to what you record
This page says plainly what iACE looks at, who else sees it, and what we will not do. If something here is unclear, that is a fault in this page — tell us.
What iACE analyses
- Your interview answers. They are transcribed, then scored for content and structure. Every score is backed by quotes from your own words.
- Your CV. It is compared against job descriptions you choose, and checked for machine-readability. It is also read into a profile — your roles, skills and education — to tailor your practice questions and, soon, the jobs we show you. You can see and correct what we extracted at any time.
- Nothing else. No personality profiling, no employability prediction, no comparison against other candidates.
Who processes your data
- Anthropic (Claude) — scores interview answers, reads your CV into that profile and compares CVs to job descriptions. Does not train on your data.
- OpenAI (Whisper) — transcribes your audio. Does not train on your data.
- HeyGen — renders the AI interviewer's videos. Receives no candidate data — only our question text.
- Stripe — payments. Supabase — hosting and storage, EU region.
- LiveAvatar — runs the live AI interviewer and produces its transcript.
- Resend — sends you emails.
- Sentry — error monitoring; receives no name or email.
- Didit — identity checks for verified job interviews; we keep the result, never the images.
What iACE never does
- Never shares your practice interviews with anyone — they are yours alone.
- Never shows employers your scores unless you choose to share your credential, and you control whether scores are included.
- Never uses your preliminary score as an automated pass/fail filter, and prohibits employers from doing so.
